Job Vacancy for an Administrator.

  • Location: Kidlington
  • Salary: Band 2E, circa £20,038 per annum. Progression based on performance.
  • Part/Full Time: Full Time
  • Type of Contract Permanent

The Job

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring a professional business support service within the People Directorate to internal and external customers; and the delivery of the full and varied administration service for the Force within agreed deadlines.

This is a generic role, which may require you to work on the Helpdesk, in recruitment, CPD learning, resourcing or employment administration requiring flexibility to meet the fluctuating demands of our workload.

The person

You will have a good standard of education and have recent and relevant office administration and customer service experience.

You will be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and use of HR IT systems, preferably PeopleSoft and an aptitude to learn new technology (e-recruit).

Good interpersonal and communication skills are required along with the ability to organise and prioritise workloads.
