The Three Pigeons Inn have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Front of House Manager to join their friendly team.
The Three Pigeons Inn are a fresh food led, AA Rosette Gastro Pub in the centre of Banbury.
As Front of House Manager, you will work very closely with the Owner and your responsibilities will include:
Managing service on a daily basis
Responsibility for the day to day running of the Inn
Opening and Closing of the Inn
Management of the Front of House staff
Recruitment and training of staff
Completion of rotas for FOH and management of absences
Marketing strategies including online social media campaigns
A personal license to sell alcohol
Knowledge of running a bar and restaurant
The ability to motivate, train and inspire a FOH team Organisation of staff including production of rotas, training and administration of holidays/sickness
Have previous experience in recruiting and reviewing staff members
Knowledge of cellar and stock management
Organisation of room bookings, table bookings and functions
Must have strong office organisational skills and be IT literate
Availability to work evenings and weekends on a shift basis
Have a keen eye for detail as maintaining standards is crucial
Have strong IT skills and literacy skills
Full-time with a guaranteed 40 hours working week
£18,000.00 to £24,000.00 depending on experience and hours worked
