A fantastic opportunity exists for three Waste Collection Loaders to join Cherwell District Council waste collection team based from their Banbury/Bicester depots.

£20,169.01 per annum

The Council is committed to providing high standards of customer service so candidates must have the ability to communicate well and be customer focused.

The roles are physically demanding and applicants should be prepared to work outside in all conditions, have a mature attitude and be able to work with minimum supervision.

To be successful, applicants need to work well in a team and have a strong work ethic

The Council offers excellent conditions of service including generous holiday entitlements and a pension scheme. Waste collection teams work 37 hours over 4 days each week so applicants must be prepared to work this pattern. Some Saturday overtime work is also required.
