This ever popular event is being held at Sibford Gower Endowed Primary School and is curated by school parent and Artist, Julie Carpenter, with an eye to showing the best that the regions artists have to offer.
The exhibition runs the weekend of 19th and 20th March between 10.30am and 4.30pm, with an invitation-only preview evening on Friday 18th from 7.30pm.
Exhibitors will include returning favourites such as Nic Durrant and her hugely popular mixed media pieces, stunning urban photography by Robert Shuttleworth, beautiful watercolours by Sandra Clacy and the amazing woodcut artist Ben Pritchard. With plenty more regular contributors they will also have some fantastic new artists to bring something different to the event.
From watercolours, oils and ceramics to fused glass, photography and woodcuts, there will be over 200 original works for sale.
There will be paintings, both originals & prints, framed and unmounted, large and small, plus sculpture and photographic pieces making sure we have something for everyone, whatever the budget.
There is also a chance for children to show their artistic side with a children’s make and do area. Visitors will also be able to enjoy a hot drink, homemade cakes and sandwiches in the Artcafe
To complete the event, there is a select range of quality craft stalls to browse round, featuring beautifully handcrafted ceramics and wood carving and treats such as home goodies and scarves.
